Convicts
Convict records - Queensland State Archives webinar
This webinar provided researchers with insight into the importance of the pre-separation records to Queensland and highlight their online accessibility. Originally conducted live on June 2 2015, it can now be viewed at any time via the Livestream site. The recording lasts for approximately 45 minutes. The QSA site includes a single page giving centralised access to Moreton Bay convict records 1824-1842 including many of the items referenced in the webinar. This includes links to digital images, essays by visiting scholars and downloadable transcriptions of selected record sets. |
