The eResources section of the NLA website can be accessed using a Google search or by going directly here. Note that to use the resources, you need to login with an NLA Reader ID. If you do not have one, you can register at https://www.nla.gov.au/getalibrarycard/registration.
To choose the particular resource to be used, select the Browse tab then filter by Licensed Resources (the golden keys) before beginning to type the name of the resource into the keywords entry box. After just a few letters, auto-completion choices should be offered (so "lond" brings up the The Illustrated London News Historical Archive 1842-2003). A Research Guide is available at https://www.nla.gov.au/research-guides/eresources-at-the-national-library
Unindexed Image Collections can be found by selecting Search >> Images from the Family Search home page or by going directly to https://www.familysearch.org/records/images/. The descriptions of the two collections of south-east Queensland BDMS (1961-68) that Bob examined in depth are posted at https://familyst.weebly.com/unindexed-images.html
Now that the Library is using its own booking system for online events, if you are signed into the library website, you can make a booking without needing to enter name, email or phone number and the virtual "ticket" is stored in your library account dashboard.
